Please note that we are constantly re-evaluating our policies to ensure we are offering both accessibility and safety to our community.
SHOP IN-STORE: We’re open for public shopping 7 days a week.
– We do not require vaccination records for entry to our store, and do not require the use of masks. Please know that you are welcome to wear a mask if you prefer.
– Families welcome! While we have plenty of space throughout the greenhouse for social distancing, please consider the potential for social distancing in smaller spaces (for example, near the till) when planning your shopping trip, in an effort to be respectful of other shoppers who may still prefer to keep their distance.
– Pets welcome! Harnesses or leashes are required in store.
– Cash, Credit & Debit are accepted.
We are taking the following steps to ensure our store is sanitized and safe:
– Staff are currently following sanitary procedures.
– Hand sanitizer provided for customer use.
– Automated entrances to minimize high-touch surfaces.
– Other high-touch surfaces such as countertops and tills, are sanitized regularly.

Please note that we are aiming to have all orders picked and ready to go in about 3-5 business hours after placing the order. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
Contactless Curbside Pickup: We are more than happy to provide contactless pickup if you prefer. Simply pull into our parking lot, and call us at 403-932-9922 to let us know you’ve arrived. A staff member will be right out with your order. Pop your trunk, and let us load your order for you!
Delivery: Cochrane deliveries are done throughout the week, and NW Calgary delivery is provided once per week (Thursdays).
